9 weeks

Today, I am 9 weeks pregnant. I've grown just a little bump, but it's big enough to make most of my clothes tight. I'm still not having too many problems. Only occasional, and mild, nausea without any vomiting. Surprisingly, I haven't had as much of an appetite as I was expecting. I ate constantly when I was pregnant with Kenten. I am always tired. I'm not sure how that will work once school starts. I've been going to bed around 10:30 and sleeping until 8 or 8:30, and taking a nap when Kenten does. I go to the doctor in two weeks. I'm a little nervous. Last summer I got a letter from my OB that said she was leaving her practice, so I had to find a new OB. Hopefully she will be as patient and loving as my last OB.

The dentist was not much fun :(

Today was the 2nd of Kenten's 3 visits to the dentist for fillings.  We went in last month for his first cleaning only to find out he has 3 cavities.  Since Kenten is not very good at sitting still, we had to plan 3 visits to get them filled.  The dentist was very patient with him, much more so than Branden or myself were.  They even had a Game-boy for him to play games on.  Luckily they had a Spiderman game.  All in all, it wasn't horrible, but we are definitely not looking forward to the next visit.  Hopefully with all this work, next year we won't have any cavities.

It's official!

I was finally able to go to the doctor today.  Her test came back positive as well!  March 1st is the official due date, which makes me about 6 1/2 weeks along.   I'll be scheduling an appointment in the next couple weeks with an OB.  Hopefully we'll get to hear the baby's heart beat.
